JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
*5 to 8 years experience of working with end-users and professionals.
*Previous experience in Banking environment.
*Able to provides technical support and problem solving services on Windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Server 2008,MS Office 2013 and Office 2010 suites,IP Peripherals (Cisco switches, routers and firewalls),Protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, FTP , HTTP).
*Must have a Transferable Iqama.
