Requirements:

-Applicant must have related academic qualifications.

-At least 15 years of experience in developing real estate funds or a structured finance background. 

-Specific experience with complex senior or mezz real estate project finance.

Responsibilities:

Develop a bespoke real estate finance platform.

Develop an opportunistic approach to assist the wider business across real estate finance.

Deploy the bank's capital to seed real estate investments.

Build a real estate investment team that can create, manage and divest real estate investments.
