- Position Ref. QA/QC-IE-09 - Reports to QA/QC Manager - A bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or other
applicable Engineering Degree - Minimum 5 years as a QA/QC Inspector/Engineer within the Ready mix, Precast, and
Block/Interlock industries with proven track records - Construction background - Reinforced concrete knowledge - Familiar
with shuttering, rebar, concrete mixes - Preferably precast concrete experience - Knowledge of tolerances - Must be hands on
problem solver - Attention to detail and follow-up ability - Possess Self confidence and dynamic personality - High level of
organizing skills - Proven skills in time management and prioritization of tasks - Result oriented person - Good
communication skills - Good spoken and written English is a must - Candidates with GCC experience will be given priority
