JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
> Human Resources Diploma or other relevant qualification (i.e. Psychology), or a clinical
qualification plus relevant experience
> A degree in a related area would be well regarded
> Skills/Abilities/Experience Required
> Minimum 5 years experience working within a Human Resources Team in a Hospital or
other healthcare environment
> Experience in leading the end to end recruitment of clinical employees i.e. physicians,
nurses and allied health staff
> Experience providing supervision and mentoring to other members of staff
> Excellent time management skills; able to prioritise own workload
> Must be experienced in developing tools for recruitment tracking and reporting, and
implementing these within a team
> Experience working with recruitment portals
> Experience using social media and job boards for candidate sourcing
> Experience of providing advice and assistance to employees
> Good skills with the Microsoft suite of products, including Outlook, Word,
Excel and Visio user
> Good spoken and written communication skills in English; Arabic language skills will be well
regarded
> Excellent attention to detail
> Must be comfortable with working flexible hours
> Working knowledge of the UAE Medical Licensing bodies and their licensure requirements
Thorough understanding of the UAE Labour Law
