Job Description:-

Our client, an international insurance company is looking for a Regional Network Manager to join their dynamic team in UAE. The ideal candidate has to develop and manage business relationships with hospitals and providers of medical services as well as act as a focal point for information and knowledge of latest developments in healthcare.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure providers are up to date with any internal changes in the claims' process and manage expectations.

• Liaise with Provider’s on matters related to processing of claims, claims rejections and 
suspensions, as well as reconciliation and settlement of receivable/payable balances.

• Establish processes and systems to ensure quick, effective and efficient response to queries, requests and communications.

• Update with the latest market prices and costs within the private medical environment across all regional network areas.

• Offer feedback received from Provider’s and advises management on changes in processes, and thereby enhances bargaining power with Providers.

Qualification Requirements:

• University degree in Insurance, ideally professional certification such as AIII/ FIII/ 
ACII.

• At least five years of similar managerial experience in an insurance company in the GCC.
