Job Requirements:
> Applicants should be a university degree or equivalent holder in relevant subject.
> Should possess excellent skills in producing design solutions to communicate client messages with high visual impact
> Able to develop creative ideas and concepts choosing the appropriate media and style to meet the company objectives
> Should possess up-to-date knowledge of software industry.
> Requires a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
> Need a high level of knowledge and practice in design programs such as Quark Xpress, Freehand, Illustrator, Photoshop,�
3D Studio, Acrobat, Director, Dream weaver and Flash
> Work experience of at least 5 to 8 years in a similer position is required.
> Applicants with experience in shopping mall industry highly preferred.
> IT literacy is essential.
> Should have a positive and approachable attitude.
> Should possess a deep understanding of tenants coordination.
> Applicants should possess comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of shopping mall management
> Requires a leasing competency and good communication with retailers
