The right candidate will be responsible for:
-Implementing talent acquisition and retention strategies
-Providing support in recruitment process
-Managing employee relationships
-Make sure the nice functioning of the employee on-boarding process
Requirements:
-Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resource field.
-Must have an educational background related to HR.
-Experience using ERP systems such as Oracle.
-Working knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations
-Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
