Operational oversight of multiple coffee shop sites inseveral regions.
Identify, screen, select, & hire operations personnel.
Process administrative requests.
Draft and present plans for new initiatives.
Introduce signature concepts for coffee shop operations.
Draft and implement standard operating procedures, includingrecipes and customer
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Reliable, punctual, dependable, self-motivated individual isa must.
Able to handle multiple tasks; work independently,accurately and proactively.
Ability to prioritize work quickly and efficiently.
Extensive experience in the hospitality or food industry.
Familiarity with working in a military environment.
