Applications are invited for Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
1. Prepares or supervises the preparation of a wide variety of sauces, soups, meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items cooked in different methods
2. Assists the Head Chef in with inventories, pricing, cost controls, requisitioning and issuing supplies and equipment for food preparation
3. Ensures that high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are maintained
Skill and experience:
1. Ability to read and write in English
2. 2-3 years prior experience as Sous Chef in a high-volume environment
3. Knowledge of food preparation, presentation methods, techniques and quality standards
4. Ability to Lead and train staff
