Job description
Regular market visits to customers and takes their feedback.
Performance evaluation of the merchandising team.
Overall supervision, training and motivation of merchandising team.
Prepare weekly work plan.
Monitor daily work schedule.
Qualifications
University degree is a must.
Experience in understanding and implementing corporate merchandising guidelines and coordination with Sales department.
