An international insurance company in Saudi Arabia urgently requires a indiviiduals for the post of Vice President of Marketing and Sales.
REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants shold be a University degree holder in insurance.
> ACII / FCII or an equivalent insurance qualification is essential.
> Work experience of 10 to 15 years in insurance industry in a management level is needed.
> 8 years o fexperience should be in senior development management role with a reputed insurance company in the GCC.
> Should possess a proven track record of business development in the insurance industry.
> Should be familiar with the SAMA Insurance Regulations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Assist the CEO with strategic planning, budgets, projections, planning and execution of specific development projects as required.
> Ensure that the development and marketing initiatives detailed in the company’s action plan are implemented and targets achieved.
> Develop existing corporate business and initiate new business consistent with profit objectives of the business plans.
> Liaise and interact with personnel in the insurance industry, customers and members of the business community.
> Manage the company operations with emphasis on business development, underwriting and control of credit and claims.
