REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a graduate in Engineering / Civil or Architectural or equivalent.
> Work experience of at least 5 to 10 years in a related field is essential.
> Should possess good communication and behavioral skills.�
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Preparation of cost estimates and tender documents.�
> Supervising the design of new restaurants with the designers.�
> Helping in tendering new restaurants to contractors.�
> Site supervision.
> Scheduling and project management.�
> Supervision of the maintenance of all group buildings, offices and chain outlets.
