REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a Bachelor degree holder in laws.�
> Work experience of at least 9 years in legal work is required.
> Preference to applicants with experience from oil and gas industry / industrial companies.�
> Fluent communication skills in Arabic and English is needed.�
RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Advises and facilitates the dissemination of information to GM and Divisional Managers on legal matters which�
influence functioning of organisation.
> Conducts and coordinates the legal relations activities which include original research and study into�
legal matters related to activities of company operations.�
> Provides legal advice to the company.
> Carries out a variety of legal duties including follow-up on lighten cases to support the company effectively on legal aspects.
