Vendor Account Manager:

Qualification/Capabilities:

• Excellent management, communication and negotiation skills.

• Vendor management skills (contracts, RFx, performance measurement,…etc.)

• Capability to bring out high standard of quality, through process and procedures

• Fluent English language


Key Accountabilities:

Financial:

• Invoices review

• SLA review and penalties deduction

• Saving during the contract negotiation

Customer/Client:

• SLA compliance assurance for better service delivery

• Issues escalation

• Assist CSD PM in the Procurement process / Requirements Fulfillment Assurance

Suppliers/ Vendors:

• Contracts management

• Performance review

• Escalation

• Acquiring new vendors/technology



Internal Processes:

• Modifying processes aimed to achieve internal efficiency and effectiveness.

• Produce regular reports on services performance and achievements

• Researching and/or recommending internal service, structure or system changes /improvements
