Job description:
• Demonstrated excellent organization and planning ability to handle a large complex organization, preferably a fast moving, global, multi-cultural company
• Strong team building and leadership skills for staffing and driving high performance teams.
• Ability to provide direction on recruiting, performance management, compensation, training and development
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, ability to articulate, communicate and interact with multiple levels in the organization.
• An outlook that is outgoing, positive, upbeat, self motivated, well organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to be a creative problem solver, able to resolve conflicts and filter conflicting agendas to determine path forward.
• Excellent ability to diffuse high pressure situations, articulate and resolve problems, and work out difficult situations/problems.
Skills:
• Significant experience as a Human Resources Generalist in a dynamic organization, including leadership roles
• Proficiency in systems and technology, including exposure to HRIS, applicant tracking, learning management systems, payroll systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to travel to domestic and international locations as needed.
Degree: Bachelor's degree/higher diploma
