Job Description:
DUTIES:
Cost impact analysis, KPIs and HR metrics as guided
HRIS implementation and upgrade
Internal / External benchmarks using Excel Pivot Tables
Research and compilation of data
Surveys and Queries (in-house and outsourced)
Consolidate HR metrics and KPIs as directed focusing on factors impacting business growth and profitability
Collect and submit to Group HR Director performance reports from the HR Business Partners on a scheduled basis
Responsible for assisting in administering the organization’s compensation program
Provide analysis and special project work related to compensation and assist in maintaining accuracy and integrity of applicable compensation structure and policies
Deliver base work to analyze competitive salary data in support of pay decisions and recommendations.
Education: High School or Equivalent
