OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR 

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering

Training and Competency Certification as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. International Certification in the field of Inspection as per discipline of Educational Qualification 


Experience: 

• Minimum Fifteen (15) years experience in Inspection Services of Oil & Gas and Petrochemical industries. 
• Should have worked in Saudi Arabia for at least Five (5) years in a position of Sr. Project Inspector and minimum Two (2) years as Group Leader in a Major EPC / Oil & Gas / Petrochemical Company. 
 

CONDITIONS :

• Knowledge and Skills: The candidate should have knowledge of Oil and Gas and Petrochemical Project Quality Assurance and Inspection System and Working environment.
• Capable in managing and leading a team of multi-discipline inspection engineers for capital projects. 
• Able to prepare Project Quality Plan and Procedures. Able to prepare the Training Plan for Saudi’s and new hire (as necessary). 
• Able to prepare Power Point Presentation and presenting skill. 
• Should have excellent communication skills to coordinate with Clients. Able to protect company interest.
