Capabilities & Resposibilities
Reports directly to Contracts Manager.
Overall in-charge of individual project.
Executes civil and mep detailed engineering work.
Ensures that the Quality Plan Is project spedfic and carried out
Initiates improvements in effectiveness and effidency of work practices and execution methods.
Ensures safety of all the personnel and prevents property damage.
Identifies resource requirements to execute Civil and MEP works.
Ensures availability and control of all required resources induding materials, equipments and tools.
Supports Implementation, maintenance and improvement of the QMS within his section.
Ensures delivery of the project to contract commitments, technical, commerdal and within the project time scale.
Accountable for the performance of the Project team.
Leads the team to enable high performance teams.
Develops and implements an integrated Production Plan for the project and ensures that targets are met
Ensures the team integrates both at a project, sub project and system level.
Implements basic practices to manage risk and applies appropriate best practices to create opportunities for performance improvement.
Continuously reviews and improves performance, with the aim to eliminate waste and meet project success criteria and targets.
Accountable for the delivery of the design, manufacture and assembly of the project to meet the customer's expectations.
Implements the project process.
Responsible for integrating engineering, production and cost.
Identifies and implements project spedfic strategies for safety, risk, quality, planning, the environment and IT.
Ensures the project works to the ideals of the Clients project processes.
Ensures others carryout their responsibilities under Health & Safety legislation.
Ensures customer culture and project culture is integrated.
Qualification
Minimum 3 years experience with a top tier/strong 2nd tier companys
Demonstrable history of higti level construction management experience - commerdal & industrial projects
» Track record of producing, presenting and managing the implementation of innovative business solutions
Experience of recognizing and resolving conflict and difficult situations proven ability to work well under pressure
Ability to drive and achieve a high standard of work from the project teams
Exceptionally strong leadership and communication skillss
Ability to encourage and maintain the moral and general well being of the design and project teams
Sound contractual knowledge of FIDIC
