Gulf based company in Bahrain searching for well experienced Secretary.

Job Details :

* Preparation and maintenance of statutory registers.

* Interaction with Internal and Statutory Auditors.

* Conducting of Board, Committee and general meetings.

* Updating statutory registers and other necessary records

* Preparing and providing resolutions or other documents or
   information on requisition to other departments.


Job Requirements :

* Any Graduate holder.

* Candidates have  verbal, written, communications and
  presentation skills.

* Gulf experience is must.

* Male or Female both can apply.

* Two years experience in related field.
