Our client, a well known International Engineering Consultancy with a wide range of prestigious projects across the GCC is looking for a Senior Residential Development Strategy Manager. This position is based in Abu Dhabi and it is a unique opportunity to work for a government funded developer based in the UAE.
Responsibilities:
• Liaise with the Sales and Marketing Division to validate occupancy targets of residential properties.
• Develop the phasing schedule for residential developments based on financial viability and market trends.
• Execute detailed green lease agreements for residential units in line with the developments sustainability targets and vision.
• Recommend partnership and financing schemes for residential development options in the city and obtain approval on the selected strategies.
• Implement residential projects to assure that development is conducted based on the value proposition and targets the demands of clients and partners.
Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field, ideally, a degree in property.
• Demonstrated track record of structuring, negotiating, growing and completing large scale residential developments.
• At least 7+ years of experience covering large scale residential developments, including project finance and infrastructure developments in the GCC.
