Applications are invited for the post of Customer Care Lady Executives
Responsibilities & Duties Include:
i) To ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining continuous business from existing clients.
ii) To conclude customer interactions effectively with a positive outcome.
iii) Client Retention
iv) To up-sell and cross-sell company’s services with existing & new clients (subsidiaries, etc.)
v) To quantify and qualify customer satisfaction.
vi) To assist Customer Care Manager in operational processes.
Skill:
- 3 to 5 year’s minimum experience in Customer Care / CRM
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate with proficiency in spreadsheet packages
- Team player.
- Ability to learn fast and deliver.
Degree: Bachelor's degree/higher diploma
Residence Location: United Arab Emirates
