Job Details:
-Executing and managing loyalty programs and campaigns for clients
-Ensuring solid relations with clients and advice on new loyalty initiatives to support the business objectives.
-Directing the performance of executed campaigns and presenting results to key stakeholders in the business
-Implementing and developing a loyalty program that generates admissions and enhances the service in line with the latest trends on ecommerce and digital marketing.
-Managing all aspects of Loyalty program inclusive Acquisition & Retention
Requirements:
-Must have 5+ years of experience in CRM / Loyalty marketing
-Skills in the development and delivery of offline/online loyalty strategies
-Knowledge about loyalty programs, email and SMS campaign execution and platforms
-Excellent working skills and managerial abilities
-Be a smart and presentable person
