•Research,analyze the salary rates and benefits offered by other employers through market surveys.
•Train the HR employees on HRMS in order to become leaders and all other employees on the self-service aspects.

Requirement:
•5 years of experience, ideally in banking/financial industry exposure with an understanding of compensation practices in global industries.
•Previous hands on experience in HRMS Oracle implementation.
•Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
•GCC Nationality.
