Job Description:
The ideal candidate should be a Civil Engineer having 10 to 15 years of experience in a similar position with knowledge of all aspects of QS. Key tasks and responsibilities include being incharge of sub contract tender documents, evaluation and awards, preparing bill of quantities, risk management, evaluating sub contractor claims and progress payments, securing price and quotation for variation and checking of all variation from S/C. Settle claims and progress payments to sub contractors etc. Proficiency in computer applications and excellent communication skills in verbal and written English. Knowledge of Arabic language would be an advantage.
Education: Bachelor's Degree
Citizenship: Egypt, Jordan, Malaysia, Philippines, Qatar, Sri Lanka, United Arab Emirates.
