Job Description:
Should have at least 3 Years experience as Help Desk specialist. Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) ITIL certification. Strong understanding of OS (XP, and Vista), computer hardware, and MS office. Should be bilingual (Arabic, English).
Education: Basic - Bachelor of Science , Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
Nationality: Any Arabic National
