We have an Urgent Opening for Facilities Manager for a group of companies at Doha ,Qatar
Successful Candidature :
1) Nationality – Lebanese or British or European
2) Years of experience require – Between 3 to 10 years.
Job Description :
· Facility Management background with MEP experience
· Managing a team of at least 20 technicians, 3 supervisors and a help desk coordinator
· Arranging & attending site visits with contractors
· Preventive and Reactive Maintenance.
· Established monthly and yearly Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
· Quality assurance for the execution of PPM
- Preparing monthly reports to client
· Exhibits strong leadership skills and able to work under pressure.
· Maintain cost awareness and optimize team cost,
· Maintain relation between the company, client and the team
· Degree in Electrical Engineering is an advantage
· With Valid driver’s license in GCC
