COMMIS CHEF
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing various dishes for the dining areas in a cold kitchen. Ensuring the highest level of food quality, visual presentation and hygiene standards are maintained.
Provide support to the Chef de Partie and guidance to 2nd Commis chefs and kitchen stewards.
Minimum 1-2 years experience as a First Commis Chef
Knowledge of 5 star food and beverage product and service an advantage
High level English communication skills
