Cards Centre Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the Middle East's newest and fastest growing Islamic / conventional banks.
They have ambitious plans to expand and build on their already existing brand within the Middle East. As such, our client is
currently looking to recruit a Cards Centre Manager. The successful candidate will have five to seven years banking
experience within a call centre environment. You will have a track record within credit cards and debit cards. Ideally, the
successful candidate will have been involved in the set up of previous call centres. Preference will be given to candidates
who have experience in both outgoing and incoming call centre environments, preferably from a multinational financial
services centre or bank. You will have excellent written and spoken English language skills with Arabic being a definite
advantage.
