LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (MNC) - Up To Dhs 21,000 plus Family Status. For a large multinational. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, managing the design, development and delivery of employee development, preparation of annual training plans, measuring the effectiveness of training programmers, performance management, employee engagement and organizational development. You must have a minimum of five years experience in HR, 3 of which must have been spent in a training and development role. Significant experience in design and upfront delivery of soft skills training essential as is a Degree in HR. You must have experience in project planning and management. A team player, you should be service and results-oriented with sound decision making abilities and the ability to coach and develop others.
