Sales Supervisors
Description: A leading Agricultural & Dairy Company in the Kingdom invites applicants for the post of Sales Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the sales force & sales activities in the sales depot including merchandising, accounts & stock control. Optimize the sales & distribution efficiency of his salesmen to achieve sales & contribution targets of the Company's Product while maintaining the highest standard of sales ethics.
Qualifications:
University degree would be preferred with a certificate in Sales Management, sound knowledge in selling techniques & sales administration processes.
Experience:
At least 3 years of sales experience as Sales Supervisor including 2 years of demonstrated track record in the sales field preferably in the Dairy or FMCG Industry.
Skills:
Strong selling skills
Good communication skills in English & Arabic
Strong Supervisory Skills
