Job description
• To coordinate and/or prepare necessary documents needed by clients (especially Saudi Aramco) for invoices and contracts as may deem required.
• To coordinate with Joint Venture (JV) companies regarding their needs, provide operational and other forms of support, in conjunction of their businesses.
• To provide the Operations Manager the following functions:
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or equivalent diploma in Petroleum Mechanical Engineering.
• Diploma degree in management or business administration is a plus.
• Candidate must have an excellent knowledge of computer applications all MS Office programs including Word, Excel, etc, and other office equipment.
• Possesses very good planning and coordination skills in different level of management (internal and external) is preferred but at least have some idea on the subject matter.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills especially in business correspondence.
