JOB DESCRIPTION:
> Applicants should be a holder of a four-year University Degree in Accounting, Finance or Management.
> Work experience of minimum 5 years as a Budget Analyst/Financial Specialist with a U.S. Government Office or seven years in a corporation or company with a multi-million dollar operating budget.
> Minimum 3 years of experience should be in a supervisory position.
> Should be fluent in English language(reading, writing, speaking).
> Need expert knowledge of the ICASS Handbook, the Department of State's Standardized Regulations, Foreign Affairs Manual and Handbook (FAM and FAH), pertinent Comptroller General and General Accounting Office Decisions, Office of Management and Budget and Department of Treasury policies, regulations and guidance.
> Need thorough skills in MS-Office.
> Working knowledge of Web-PASS, Web-ICASS, Web-RABIT, and COAST is desirable.
> Must be a valid transferable residence permit holder.
