and functions in the designated area within the marketing & communication unit, including developing, implementing and
evaluating policies, procedures and standards; creating operational manuals; developing and monitoring budgets; preparing and
evaluating marketing & communication strategies, providing technical advice and/or supervision to staff, other departments,
the public and other agencies, and performs related work as required.
