JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

•Masters Degree in Law from Kuwait or Egypt or other Arabic country with similar Law proceedings as Kuwait.

•Minimum 15 years of experience in Legal, preferably in the Financial Services Industry of which at least 5 years in Kuwait.

•Very good Knowledge of the Legal and Regulatory practices followed in the financial institutions

•Ability to draft Legal Agreements.

•Fluency in English and Arabic. 

•Kuwaiti Nationals are preferred.
