•Research and analyze salary rates and benefits offered by other employers through market surveys.
•Train the HR employees on HRMS in order to become leaders and all other employees on the self-service aspects.
•Overlook HRMS implementation and development as well as work very closely with the IT department and represent HR.

Requirement:
•CIPD qualification is preferable.
•Around 5 years of experience, ideally banking/ financial industry exposure with an understanding of compensation practices in global industries.
•Must have previous hands on experience in
HRMS Oracle implementation.
•English and Arabic communication skills.
