Assistant Trainers Job Code : AT – 001

Scope:

The Assistant Trainer is responsible for assisting the Trainer in all workshop training delivery, materials and tools management, and all stores duties.


Specific Duties:


• Support and assist the Trainers in the delivery of the technical curriculum in the workshop.

• To maintain all workshop equipment and prepare the workshops for lessons
• Workshop stores management.
• Manage stock control in the workshop stores
• Help trainees to achieve their potential, help improving the training programs


Required Qualifications & Experience:


• Significant relevant industrial experience in one of the following areas:
Maintenance Mechanic in the Oil & Gas industry, Welding, Pipefitting, Chemical I Petroleum

Plant Operating, Oil Well Drilling & Work Over
• Previous experience of training or mentoring in the workplace.
• Minimum Certificate level qualification in a technical subject
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentational skills
• Excellent English Language ability is essential


Location : Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic in Dammam, Saudi Arbaia
