Job Profile:

- To deliver against team-based objectives and revenue targets

- Ensuring that each distributor is allocated a the correct level of resource

- Providing of accurate and timely reports as required by management team

- Conducting market trend analysis and working closely with the distributor team to develop plans to overcome potential issues

Candidate Profile:

- A track record of success within Dubai is essential 3 to 5 years experience in distributor management within a consumer electronics environment

- A demonstrable sales focus; proven sales track record

- Excellent quantitative aptitude, commercial acumen

- Good PC skills- Excel., PowerPoint

- Good persuasion skills, assertive nature

 Specific Knowledge:

- MBA in Marketing

- Extensive sales thinking and pro-active / consultative sales approach

- Strong customer orientation

- Self starter being able to work under minimum supervision 

- Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment 

- Assertive, determined, flexible and creative personality
