Standard Marconi, a DMCC trading company is looking for professionally well qualified and experienced candidates for the post of Finance Managers.
Job Duties:
> Advises the CEO on the financial implications of current or proposed Company policy.
> Oversees the implementation of the Accounting and control framework for new overseas business projects.
> Manages all transactions relating to Import and Export Letters of credit.
> Manages the system of budgetary control and medium term business planning.
> Monitors the cash flow in order to ease staff and supplier payments.
> Acts as Secretary to the Board of Directors and arranges for the smooth and efficient conduct of the meetings in line with the legal requirements.
Requirement:
Requirements:
> Should be professionally qualified and and a full time member of any professional body such as ICAI, ACCA, ICWA, CMA, etc.
> At least 12 years of prior experience in similar role with minimum 5 years of international experience.
> Should be experienced in managing within a Group or Holding or multi-unit business structure.
> Should be experienced in drafting various types of contracts and agreements.
> Should be experienced at Board of Directors level, whether as member or as secretary .
> Need experience in ERP implementation, Financial planning for new business development, feasibility studies, or similar.
> Preference will be given to European languages and Arabic speaking candidates.
