JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

Ability to know the needs and importance of tenants.

Should be able to maintain villas and other facilities within the compound.

Take full responsibility for all trades people (Gardeners, Laborers, Plumbers, Electricians, etc).

Must speak and write Arabic & English fluently

minimum 4 years of experience needed.

• Responsible in rules and regulations of the compound and other facilities.

• To ensure that the equipments and other facilities are working properly.
