Job description
1 Liaison with shop manager, Supervisors and client inspectors for inspection and work progress.
2 Implementation of QA/QC activities including those of sub-contractors works in accordance with approved QCP/ ITPs and Procedures, method statements and other contract documents.
3 Maintaining records of calibration, inspection and testing equipment.
4 Maintaining the latest revision of all Contract documents, Drawings, Specifications, SPs, PRs, ERDs, DEPs and Standards, required for Quality Assurance, Quality Control and inspection.
5 Witness procedures, test and certify the results.
6 Provide sufficient feedback to QA/QC Engineer on the day to day quality issues.
7 Carryout Painting Inspection & maintain Records.
Qualifications
Diploma in Mechanical / Metallurgical Engg. Shall possess BGAS/ ERS III or equivalent in NACE.
