Site Engineer / Sedaya
Requirements:
Candidate must be Saudi Arabian Transferable VISA (Iqama) holder.
Civil Engineer Degree.
Minimum of 5 years experience
Fluent in English language (speaking & writing)
Position Roles & Responsibilities:
Represent the company in all project meeting related to applicant duties.
Monitor various activities at site and maintain quality of work.
Follow up and Monitor project work progress schedule and prepare all project reports.
Update the construction schedule ( weekly and monthly)
Make all coordination required with contractors, suppliers, etc.
Prepare reports for project manager.
Review and approve works.
Review and approve contractors submittals
Review and approve quality control program with the project manager.
Review all projects specifications and documentations
Preparation of Monthly Payment Certificate.
Review and approve the Quality Control Program
Review Shop Drawings.
Material Procurements & Payments Co-ordination.
Prepare project cost estimation based on the activities.
Perform all Logistic Support needed.
Perform additional assignments as directed by company executives.
