Currently we have vacancy in Saudi for Architectural Engineer in building Construction.
Job Description:
Perform & supervise all Architectural engineering operations, activities and assignments ensuring compliance with multi projects deliverables, budget, quality and schedule.
Performs, designand oversee the construction of buildings or alterations to existing buildingsand assigned Architectural engineering tasks in accordance with standards and schedule.
§ Creating building designs and highly detailed drawingsboth by hand and by using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) applications.
§ Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
§ Preparing tender applications, writing presenting reports, proposals, applications and contracts.
§ Preparing applications for planning and building control departments.
§ Determining the materials to be used and specifying the requirements for the project.
§ Making sure the project is running according to schedule and budget.
§ Set the specifications and check the design of Architectural products and systems.
§ Controlling a project from start to finish and working closely with a team of other professionals such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.
§ Implementing all relevant operational procedures and instructions covering related activities so that relevant work requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality and cost-effective services.
§ Planning, execution and monitoring of all Architectural related construction activities and ensure that all works are being carried out on time and in-line with project requirements, budget and quality standards.
§ General oversight of constructions inspection and testing requests for Architectural works.
§ Researches and analyzes data, such as supplier design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
§ Plans and directs engineering personnel in test control apparatus and equipment, and development of methods and procedures for testing products or systems.
§ Reports any problem to the project manager.
§ Performs related work as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
§ Bachelor degree in Architectural engineering.
Job-Specific Skills:
§ Good practical knowledge of Architectural engineering practices and standards.
§ Good Analytical Skills
§ Good Teamwork Skills
Minimum Related Experience:
§ 6 to 8 years experience in a similar capacity
§ Preferable with similar experience in contracting.
Generic Skills:
§ Good English Language
§ communication Skills / Computer skills (AutoCAD)
