ENGINEERS
DIWAN OF ROYAL COURT , MUSCAT MUNICIPALITY Announcement No. (68/2009)
Muscat Municipality invites applications from qualified and experienced engineers to work in the Directorate General off Technical Affairs.
The applicants should possess the following:
1) A minimum qualification of a degree (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering, Soil, Road Traffic & Transportation or any other related discipline such as Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Construction
Material etc.
2) Experience of 15 years and above in the field of specialization.
3) Experience of 4 years in a laboratory, with particular exposure to analysis of test results, with necessary credentials in support. Ay research exposure would be an added asset.
4) Fluent in English and computer Microsoft applications. Knowledge of Arabic will be advantageous.
5) Ability to write technical report, prepare scopes of work and development of specifications. Will be requested to provide samples.
6) Willingness to train Muscat Municipality personnel on the job. Any previous training experience should be highlighted and duly evidenced.

• Applicant must be healthy, mature, dedicated & honest (produce good references).
• Muscat Municipality will not consider any application that does not fulfill the requirements of the position.
