The Credentials:
Comprehensive responsibility for setting up and running of a structural steel fabrication and rebar factories.
In-depth technical knowledge of steel fabrication and rebar works including but not limited to Business development, outline design, estimation, production and project management.
Commercial acumen in procurement of steel raw material from local and overseas markets.
10 years experience working in factories of similar nature and capacity equipped with automated machinery particularly CNC based machinery.
Possess market knowledge and be able to develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve the sales target.
High level of management skills to organize operations and develop effective management and administrative systems.
People management skills to build an effective well motivated large team.
