Role Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Global Sales & Marketing Team based in Abu Dhabi.
Key Accountabilities:
Providing assistance to the Global Sales & Marketing Director and the NDT Global Operations Director by managing their day to day agenda;
Assisting the Global Sales and Marketing Team in preparing Tender and Pre-Qualifications documents, as well as Power Point Presentations;
Handling secretarial and administrative work for the Global Sales Team.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate of any related discipline with minimum 2 years work experience in relevant field;
Fully conversant with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, MS Project)
General knowledge of Industrial Techniques is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written (Arabic is a plus)
Competencies:

Office management skills;
Good coordination and organization skills;
Highly capable of working independently;
High level of integrity;
Highly motivated who believe in delivering results;
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
