Job Responsibilities:

♦ Prepare periodical plan for customer visits and submit to Sales Supervisor with targeted new customers.

♦ Approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business

♦ Prepare quotes and arrange samples to customer’s as per meeting’s conclusions.

♦ Obtain orders and pass to invoice section for processing and follow-up deliveries and future requirements.

♦ Follow-up payments with customers by submitting Statement of Accounts.

♦ Pass sales projection of items to Purchase Dept enable them to arrange those items in stock.

♦ Conduct small scale market study and find out reasons for slow moving of items.
