Job Description
Our client, a well established Bank in Saudi Arabia is implementing Siebel/UCM Customer Core and CRM system for retail, golden, corporate and financial institutes’ customers. The objective of this program is to establish consolidation mechanism for customers’ data and customers’ relationships in an enterprise–wide 24X7 repository to be shared by all bank’s applications. This job exists to assess, analyze, develop, support, identify, and propose Siebel/UCM Customer Core and CRM hardware & software components which satisfies applications online integration requirements. In addition, this position requires the job holder to provide training and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on an ongoing basis as requested by the Bank. Scope: Develop and support by working collaboratively with the program team. Determine applications’ hardware & software requirements. Align technical analysis with existing and future RB systems architecture and ASI middleware, taking in consideration security and business continuity measures. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Managing UCM repositories and performing repository migration. 2. Development of tools and automation to support routine activities - e.g. Migrations, Housekeeping, Monitoring, Troubleshoot daily issues and conduct weekly maintenance in the project environments. 3. Investigate and resolve architecture issues, with UCM vendor as necessary 4. Responsibility for the configuration and maintenance of UCM items such as workflow, Assignment Manager, tools, scripting, business services and EAI 5. Develop, adapt and shares technical knowledge with IT staff and Seibel Customer Core. 6. Translate high level technical requirements into operational tasks to prepare project documentations by adhering to Riyad Bank SDLC. 7. To provide training and knowledge transfer to his bank appointed peers in order to forment team atmosphere and enable resolution of technical issues. The intended knowledge transfer should be structured in a detailed manner by providing a plan which reflects the actual activities and tasks to be completed during the knwolege transfer. The job holder should also provide appropriate and relevant documentaion pertaining to the knwoledge transfer activities. 8. To abide by any instructions provided by his Manager with respect to the scope of work.
