Job description
•Effectively handle all presales duties such as demo presentations, proof of concept, RFI/RFP and assist in the technical sales process.
•Actively participate in presales technical engagement with chosen customer and lead the development of technical proposals in line with customers needs, coordinating with other BU’s/departments as necessary.
•Present technical proposal to customer with detailed specifications and supporting diagrams.
•Transfer customer requirements into a technical plan based on company’s products and service portfolio.
•Follow up Implementation of customer solution after purchase.
•Handle site surveys in alignment with sales team.
•Act as technical resource for sales and prospects as they navigate their way through the sale cycle.
Qualifications
Engineering / computer since degree from a reputable university.
- 2-4 years of technical experience in a similar position.
- ITIL awareness / certificate.
- Previous experience with IT management vendors (BMC/HP/IBM/CA) is an asset.
