Description: We, one of the leading construction companies in Riyadh, looking for a well qualified FOREMAN in all field to work with our ongoing & upcoming projects.
The candidate must dynamic, young, energetic, task oriented, dedicated and self dependable and able to manage a work group not less than 50 skilled & semi-skilled labors.
The candidate should be able to control the material and overhead costs at site and should be able to operate Microsoft Outlook System and to communicate in English with Engineers at Head Office.
The candidate should have a wide knowledge of the construction standards and should be ready to participate in any heavy work with workers at site.
Candidate should have a flexible character to manage the labors in a polite and diplomatic way.
The candidate should have a Diploma Degree in Engineering to which he represent (Civil/Structural - Electrical - Mechanical)
The candidate should be able to deal with Clients' Representative in a very polite and diplomatic way to achieve the goals of the employer to protect his interests.
Candidate must have a minimum of 7 years KSA experience in similar field.
Applicant with Transferable IQAMA + Valid Saudi Driving License only will be considerable. For rare case, we shall provide Visa after Selecting the Candidate.
The right/qualified candidate will be facilitated with excellent remuneration package competing with Saudi Local Market.
