Job Description:
č Report to Maaden Infrastructure Company (MIC) General Manager
ƒç Having a experience in SABIC, Aramco or private petrochemical companies in Kingdom. ƒç Must interface with Raz site tenants and neighbors such as Maa¡¦den Phosphate Company (MPC), Royal Commission (RC), Saudi Seaport Authority (SEAPA) other Government Organizations and clients on behalf of MIC Manager to complete the following: ƒç Represent MIC GM to ensure that agreements in the LUSA agreement for site tenants are fulfilled by both parties.
č Represent MIC GM to ensure that agreements such as Memorandum of Understanding with other entities such as Saudi Seaport Authority (SEAPA), Royal Commission (RC), SAR are fulfilled by both parties.
č Coordinate all design and construction interface with all parties in RAZ.
č Represent MIC GM to ensure that concessionaires with MIC honor their concessionaire agreements , such as concrete concessionaire, fuel concessionaire, communications , etc č Represent MIC GM in interfacing with other government agencies such as Royal Commission, HCIS, STC, SAR, MOT, SEC, etc
č As agreed with MIC GM, will establish routine meetings with the respective interface entities and prepare agendas for meetings, maintain MOMs, and follow-up on behalf of MIC GM in implementing any actions assigned to MIC
č Will review MIC documentation and documentation from interface entities to ensure MIC policies and objectives are met and ensure agreements with the interface entities are met. č Will establish and maintain interface matrix documenting the interface requirements between MIC and MIC interface entities and monitor activities and documents to ensure interface requirements are met and advise MIC GM accordingly

č University Degree in Engineering, Industrial Business experience is plus
č 10+ years experience in technical management and inter-organization management
č Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and communications skills
č Leadership, Achievement Drive, Teamwork & Collaboration.
č Familiarity with respective KSA agencies (RC, MOT, SEC, SAR, STC, HCIS, etc) is strongly preferred.
